Recipe: Blueberry Almond Smoothie

Rise and shine with this stunning smoothie! 

 

Packed with fiber and protein, you'll stay full all through the morning.

Blueberry Almond Smoothie

Serves 1 | 15 min

_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 large handful frozen blueberries

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 tablespoon flaxseed

1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1 tablesepoon honey

1 large handful fresh spinach

____________________________________________________________________________________________________

Blend all ingredients until well incorporated.
