Recipe: Citrus Cherry Pistachio Quinoa

June 21, 2016

This quinoa delivered.

I needed to spice up my life a little bit, so I practiced what I preach and incorporated some new ingredients into my usual go to [olive oil, salt, pepper]

Seriously when is that combo ever not appropriate?

Anywho, I went for some citrus flavors and I'm definitely not mad about it.

These flavors were so refreshing and I don't know about you, but this heat lately is killing me! I know, I know, I shouldn't complain. It's only summer for approximately 1 month here in NEPA.

So go ahead, make your taste buds happy and cool down with this fun flavored quinoa dish!
