Recipe: THE Breakfast Sandwich


This is simply THE only breakfast sandwich recipe you will ever need.

It's got all the good stuff to turn you into the productive human that you need to be. End of story.

The Breakfast Sandwich

1 English muffin (I like whole grain)

1 egg

Turkey bacon (I like the brand Applegate farms)

1/2 avocado

Fresh spinach

Salt & pepper

____________________________________________________________________________________________________

1.) Place English muffin in toaster or in oven on high broil for about 5-7 minutes

2.) Heat place a little butter or olive oil in nonstick pan

3.) Cook bacon to your liking in non stick pan. Remove when fully cooked and place on plate lined with paper towel to absorb excess grease.

4.) Wipe non stick pan clean and crack whole egg. Flip over easy, after about 2 minutes. Be careful not to break the yolk!

5.) Remove toasted English muffin from toaster or oven

6.) Scoop flesh from 1/2 avocado and spread on English muffin

7.) Add spinach, cooked bacon, and over easy egg. Crack yolk using fork and DIG IN!
