Healing Your Food Relationship Resources

Below I have provided a list of resources that I believe to be awesome with helping to heal your relationship with food. Using some of these resources in addition to the help of an interdisciplinary team (psychologist, dietitian, support group, etc.) I think is a sure way to start your recovery with food and disordered eating.
