Trader Joes Snacks!

Like many, you probably think of Trader Joe’s as a snack food haven! Which it can be, however, below find different ways to mix and match multiple different food groups in order for snacks to be more filling and satiating. Here are some ideas using all new products from Trader Joe’s (or hopefully you can find other similar products where you shop/feel inspired either way!):


  • Chile Crackers, described as “super crisp Cracker that acts as a capsaicin-loaded complement to all sorts of cheeses, sliced meats, and dips” + cheese of choice + fruit


  • Brioche Style Liège Waffles, “a denser Waffle with buttery, brioche-like flavor” + yogurt


  • Ranch Seasoned Cashews, “crunchy roasted cashews dusted with a classic Ranch-style seasoning blend that includes garlic powder, onion powder, and even powdered sour cream and buttermilk” + raw veggies


  • Coffee Mochi with a “a chewy exterior and lush ice cream center” + a glass of milk or milk alternative


  • Unexpected Cheddar Cheese & Turkey Sausage Egg White Bites, “these Bites have the ideal structure for handheld morning meals” + drinkable yogurt/kefir/smoothie


  • Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins, described as “sweet, fruity, and beautifully blue” + a slather of butter or nut butter
