Mindful Eating (or Intuitive Eating) focuses on creating an overall healthy relationship with your food, mind, and body. It is distinguishing between physical and emotional feelings of hunger. It’s the process of making peace with food---so that you no longer have constant "food worry" thoughts. Restrictions, rules, and regimented eating are the behaviors that get in the way of a healthy relationship with food.
