Recipe: Blueberry Almond Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup milk

1 large handful frozen blueberries

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 tablespoon flaxseed

1/4 cup greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

1 large handful fresh spinach


Directions:
