If you’re lucky enough to have a Trader Joe’s near you, you know a lot of their products go viral for good reason. A previous blog post highlighted some TJs favs and snack/meal ideas at that time so we’re at it again today with some of the new and featured products as of spring 2026. Maybe you’ll find a new favorite too!
Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins: Trader Joe’s has some seriously tasty muffins. This is a brand new flavor that is delicious! Pair it with some eggs and berries in the morning for a breakfast idea with carbohydrates, protein, fat and fiber or with a glass of milk for a citrusy dessert.
Earl Grey Blondie Bars: another yummy dessert idea! Especially if you’re a fan of tea. Pair it with some nuts for a more satiating snack (and have a mug of earl gray with it too)!
Stuffed Poblano Peppers: TJs is well known for their prepared and frozen meals and this new one shouldn’t be ignored. Each pepper contains brown rice, corn kernels, and chicken meat. As suggested directly from the Trader Joe’s website “to make more of a complete meal, they accessorize excellently with a side salad, some Spicy Spuds or quickly sautéed Organic Black Beans sprinkled with crumbled Cotija cheese”. Yum!
Salted Almond Honey Granola: Having a good go to granola is a delicious way to add crunch, flavor and more adequate carbohydrates to your favorite yogurt or cottage cheese bowls with fruit.
The "OG" (Old Goat) Aged Goat Cheese: As we enter picnic and entertaining outdoors season, discovering new cheeses for charcuterie boards can be so fun! Pair this with your favorite crackers, fruit, nuts and spread or jam for a “choose your own adventure” snack box to pack ahead of time for work or school.
Garlic Butter Nut Mix: Nuts are a great nonperishable snack to keep on hand for when you need a protein, fat and fiber boost. Finding fun flavors can help increase satiety and add novelty to snacking experiences.
